Bennie "Ben" Libick

     Bennie “Ben” Libick, Sr. of Denton, MD passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Caroline Home for Hospice in Denton. He was 73 years old.

     Born in Sanford, VA, Mr. Libick was the son of the late Ben Libick and Thedis Grace White. From 1981 until 2001, he owned and operated Libick’s Delivery Service. He liked to fish, bowl, vacation at Trails End, and talk to anyone who was willing.

     Mr. Libick is survived by his wife, Mary H. Libick of Denton; a daughter, Tammy Poole of Chincoteague, VA; a son, Bennie E. Libick, Jr. (BJ) and daughter-in-law Alice Libick of Denton; and three grandchildren: Michael Wooters of Missouri, Kevin Adams of Henderson, MD, and Jonathan Ward of Chincoteague.

     Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, June 27th, at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A. located at 12 S. Second Street in Denton where friends may visit with the family from 10 until 11 before the service.

     The committal service will be in the Groton Cemetery on Grotontown Road in Mappsville, VA.
