Betty Jo Miller

     Betty Jo Miller, 81, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the UMSMC in Easton, MD. She was 81 years old.

     Born in Rich Hill, NC, on November 7, 1937, Mrs. Miller was the daughter of the late Grace Ashley Roten. Her husband, James W. Miller, died March 6, 2010. Mrs. Miller had retired as Director of First Impressions at Sisk and Sons in Preston after 34 years. She was a Past Secretary of the Concord UMC.

     Mrs. Miller is survived by two sons: James W. Miller, Sr. (Cheryl) of Denton and Thomas L. Miller, Sr. (Marian) of Denton; one brother, Wayne Ashley, Sr. of Patuxtent, MD; one grandchild, Thomas L. Miller, Jr. (Brooke) and three great grandchildren: Kal-el, Chloe, and Lenna.

     Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, November 16th, at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A. located at 12 S. 2nd Street in Denton where friends may call one hour prior. The interment is in the Concord Cemetery, Federalsburg, MD.
