During these years she raised her family, maintained the farm books and kept an immaculate home. Barbara was secretary of the Queen Anne’s County Farm Bureau for over 20 years. When she was 58 years old, she started working at Queen Anne’s County Geriatric and Evaluation Services, retiring at 72.
