Bennie Eugene Libick, Jr.

     Bennie E. Libick, Jr. of Denton, MD, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at the Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He was 41 years old.

     Born in Salisbury, MD on November 3, 1981, Mr. Libick was the son of Mary Libick of Denton and the late Bennie “Ben” Libick, Sr. He was a 1999 graduate of North Caroline High School.

     Mr. Libick had been a car parts salesman for Ober’s Auto Parts in Greensboro, MD and had previously worked for MD State Roads. He liked to fish and play online video games with his friends.

     In addition to his mother, Bennie is survived by his wife of 23 years, Alice H. Libick of Denton; a sister, Tammy Poole of Claremont, NH; four cousins: Billy Jones of Salisbury, MD, Angela Thomas of Norfolk, VA, Robert Carroll of Suffolk, VA and Pamela Carroll of Suffolk, VA; and his cat, Mazda.

     Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, September 11th, at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A. located at 12 South Second Street in Denton where friends may visit from 10 until 11 before the service. The interment will be in the Groton Cemetery on Grotontown Road in Mappsville, VA.
