Charlotte “Cookie” White Merchant of Marietta, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020. She was 72 years old.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 22, 1948, Mrs. Merchant was the daughter of the late Richard White and Charlotte Packard. She enjoyed knitting, spending time with her grandchildren and always getting the last laugh. If you ever heard her laugh you would KNOW it was her.
Mrs. Merchant is survived by her children: Michael Moser and wife MaryAnn, Stephanie Zappitelli and husband Pat, Wilson Moser and wife Lorraine; four brothers: Denny White, Gib White, Gerry White and Terry White; and five grandchildren: Allison Harman, Johnathon Zappitelli, Patrick Zappitelli, Matthew Moser and Ashley Moser. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Julia McLean; her brother, Wilson White; and her husband, Keith Merchant.
A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, November 14th, in the Denton Cemetery located at 24865 Meeting House Road in Denton, Maryland.
