Delores Winifred Rebstock Frazier of Denton, Maryland passed on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at the Compass Regional Hospice in Centreville, MD. She was 88 years old.
Winnie was born June 8, 1934, in Huntington, Long Island, New York to the late William Frederick Rebstock and Bertha Feinauer Rebstock. She graduated from Federalsburg High School in 1953 and was a secretary with Prince George’s County Public Schools.
Beyond caring for her family, Winnie enjoyed gardening and loved her pets, and all animals. She co-managed her Norwich Terrier, Higgins to first place among Norwich’s at the AKC 2008 Agility Invitational in Long Beach, California.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Robert I. Frazier of Denton; two daughters: Tracy Frazier of Alexandria, VA, and Lisa Applebee of Germantown, MD; granddaughter, Alexa Applebee of Frederick, MD; two sisters: Linda Rollman of Timonium, MD, and Barbara Pyles of Bel Air, MD. In addition to her parents, Winnie was preceded in death by two brothers: Werner Rebstock and Roy Rebstock.
Services will be private for the family. If friends wish to make donations in Winnie’s memory, the family suggests the Caroline County Humane Society, 407 W Belle St, Ridgely, MD 21660.
