Elizabeth Ann "Betty" MacDonald

     Elizabeth Ann "Betty" MacDonald of Greenwood, DE, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at the Tidalhealth Nanticoke Hospital in Seaford, DE. She was 89 years old.

     Born in Hobbs near Denton, MD, Mrs. MacDonald was the daughter of the late Walter Arlington Patten and Ruth Elizabeth Willis Patten. Mrs. MacDonald was a homemaker and had lived in the mid-shore area all her life. She was a 1949 graduate of Caroline High School in Denton, MD.

     Mrs. MacDonald is survived by a daughter, Kimberley Price of Greenwood; a granddaughter, Kizzie Blockston (Trevor Reid); and a great granddaughter, Savannah Wilkerson. She is predeceased by a brother, Marvin Patten, her husband, Dugald "Toady" MacDonald (June 29, 2018) as well as her son, Randal J. MacDonald (September 2, 2015).
