Glenn C. Blough, Sr. of Denton, MD, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, March 11, 2023. He was 81 years old.
Born in Easton, on May 14, 1941, he was the son of the late Charles Ananias Blough and Edna Shaffer Blough.
Glenn graduated from North Caroline High School; Class of 1960. He and his sons owned and operated Blough’s House Moving for many years. Later Mr. Blough started Glenn Blough’s Dump Truck Services. Not only did he cherish his career, but spending quality time with his wife, three sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Glenn loved working in his garden, traveling with Faye, and anything to do with his Model T’s. He was a current member of the Choptank River Yacht Club, Chesapeake Bay T’s and a past member of Jolly Circle Horse Club, Ridgley Lions Club, and the Easton & Greensboro Moose Lodge.
Mr. Blough is survived by his wife of 24 years, Faye Blough; three sons: Glenn Blough, Jr. (Betsy) of Denton, MD, Wayne Blough (Florence) of Easton, MD, and David “Tater” Blough (Donna) of Denton, MD; eight grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by siblings: Helen Marie Blough and Paul Wayne Blough.

There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 20, 2023, at Moore Funeral Home, P.A., 12 South Second Street in Denton where friends may call the hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Denton Cemetery.
