Henrietta Hill

     Henrietta Marie Hill of Denton, MD, quietly passed away at her home on Friday, January 14, 2021. She was 88 years old. Born in Denton, Mrs. Hill was the daughter of the late William Magness and Minnie Ann Magness. Her husband, Harvey Hill, died December 18, 1981. She had been a homemaker who loved her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Hill is survived by a son, Harvey S. Hill, Jr. of Denton; two daughters, Joanne Thomas of Greensboro, MD, and Roxanne Hill of Denton; seven grandchildren: Elisa Hill, Tina McCowan (Billy), Tanya Thomas, Anna Bell (Kevin), Christine Tracy (Vince), Harvard Tracy (Tiffany), and Douglas Tracy; several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews; and her dog, Angel. She was preceded in death by a son, Lawrence Rocky Hill; a daughter, Loretta Hill; a sister, Josephine Taylor; a granddaughter, Jennifer Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, January 21st, at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A. located at 12 S. Second Street in Denton where friends may call from 10 until 11 before the service.
