Jeffrey David Ireland

     Jeffrey David Ireland of Centreville, MD, passed away at his home on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. He was 30 years old.

     Born in Easton on January 6, 1988, Jeffrey is the son of Karen Lee Schmitt of Centreville, MD and the late William Albert Ireland. He was a person who loved to cook for his friends and family. He loved the Redskins and he loved to Rap. He was always there for you. His greatest gift was the love for his children.

     In addition to his mother, Jeffrey is survived by his children: Karleigh, Matti, Stephen, and Sean Ireland and his child by heart, Star Abrams; his sister, Alissa Schmitt and two brothers, Scott and Nate Schmitt; his maternal grandparents, Tom and Linda Ayers of Goldsboro; his paternal grandparents, David and Judy Ireland of Preston; his aunt and uncle, Alfonso and Angel Cintron; two nephews, Conner and Aden Schmitt; and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey David Ireland, Jr., three brothers: William Ireland, Matthew Ireland, and Stephen Ott; an uncle, David Ayers, and a niece, Kaylynn Schmitt.

     A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 2:00PM at the Denton Church of the Nazarene. The family requests that, instead of flowers, friends donate to Moore Funeral Home, P.A., 12 S. 2nd St., Denton, MD 21629 to help defray funeral expenses.
