Margie Ann Wolford of Cordova, MD, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022, at the UMSMC at Easton, MD. She was 67 years old.
Born at Fort Meade, MD, Mrs. Wolford was the daughter of the late Thomas Henry Middleton, Sr., and Emma Mae Jones Middleton. She was a 1973 graduate of North Caroline High School.
Mrs. Wolford and her husband, Frank E. Wolford of Cordova, were married June 27, 1980. She had been a Dental Assistant, but most of all, was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an accomplished seamstress, and she crocheted many items, including blankets for all her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wolford was survived by four daughters: Meaghan R. Anders (Shaun) of El Paso, TX, Susan C. Velazquez (Salvador) of Oxford, NC, Jessica L. Wolford (Christopher Sheehan) of Cordova, MD and Carrie E. Wolford of Baltimore, MD; 10 grandchildren: Joseph, Shawn II, Morgan, Adain, Emma, Jordan, Kyle, Lillie, Salvador III, and Cora; a sister, Linda Reynolds (Rick) of College Park, MD; and three brothers: Thomas Henry Middleton, Jr. (Kim) of Chestertown, MD, Douglas Middleton (Melissa) of Daleville, AL, and James Middleton (Chanda) of Denton, MD.
