Michael "Mike" Patrick Watkins

     Michael Patrick Watkins “Mike” of Denton, MD, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at the UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, MD. He was 70 years old.

     Born in Annapolis, MD, Mike was the son of the late Kenneth Watkins and Lillie Gray Ward Watkins. He and his family moved to Denton thirty years ago and he travelled back and forth to the Western Shore to manage properties. His life revolved around his family.

     Mike is survived by his wife, Valda Watkins of Denton; two daughters: Rachael Walls of Denton and Anna Miles (Paul, III) of Centreville, MD; a brother, Butch Watkins (Barbara) of Easton; a sister, Bridget Moss (Dan) of Cordova, MD; a granddaughter, Sonni; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, JoAnn Snead.

     A memorial service will be private for the family only.
