Randy S. Flowers

     Randy S. Flowers of Hurlock, MD, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at the University of MD Shore Medical Center at Easton, MD. He was 60 years old.

     Born in Easton, Randy was the son of the late Tonnie Flowers and Florence Madeline Hill English. He was a graduate of North Dorchester High School on May 31, 1978. Randy had been a machine operator at Solo Cup in Federalsburg for 26 years. At home, he loved helping others with various projects and needs, even cutting grass and fixing things for friends and neighbors. He loved to dance, play horseshoes, and shoot pool. But most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially playing with his grandson.

     Randy is survived by a son, Steven S. Flowers and his significant other, Sarah Webb and her grandson, D.J., of Federalsburg, MD and a grandson, Weston Flowers of Federalsburg; a brother, David Hill (Dina) and their two daughters, Kendra and Nichole of Kenton, OH; and two step children, Tiffany Parker (James) and their daughter Gracie Kurth of Ocala, FL and Joel Holden (Caitlyn) of Hackettstown, NJ. He was preceded in death by a brother, Virgil Hill, Sr., and a nephew, Virgil Hill, Jr.

     A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, June 11th, at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A. located at 12 South Second Street in Denton, MD where friends may visit with the family from 10 until 11 before the service. The burial will follow in the Denton Cemetery in West Denton. The family wishes to give a special thanks to Debbie and Scott Hill of Preston, MD and Alan Higgins of Denton for their love and attention.
