Richard Charles Snyder, Jr.

Richard Charles Snyder, Jr. of Denton, MD, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at his home.  He was 66 years old.

     Born in Washington, DC, Mr. Snyder was the son of the late Richard Charles Snyder, Sr. and Marie Wilson Snyder. He was a 1973 graduate of Southern High School in Annapolis, MD.
     Mr. Snyder and his family moved from Annapolis to Denton in 2018. He had been a Union Electrician and was a member of IBEW Local 26 in Washington, D.C. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and outdoors man. 

     Mr. Snyder is survived by his wife of forty years, Alicia Ann Snyder of Denton; three daughters: Malissa A. Snyder of Almere, Netherlands, Tiffany L. Snyder (Carl Halbig) of Ocean City, MD, and Mary K. Snyder (Crystal Cauthen) of Prairieville, KS; two grandchildren, Kayla J. Halbig and Jack D. Halbig. He was predeceased by a sister, Rita Vance.

     Memorial services will be private.
