Robert Cahall Obituary

     Robert W. Cahall of Easton, MD, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at the Memorial Hospital in Easton, MD. He was 80 years old.

     Born at home in Price’s Station, MD, Mr. Cahall was the son of the late Floyd Thomas Cahall and Ida Helen Sullivan Cahall. His first wife, Sylvia Cottingham Cahall, passed away on May 29, 1970; and his second wife, Thelma Robinson Cahall, passed away on February 27, 2010.

     Mr. Cahall was a 1957 graduate of Easton High School. While in high school, he was President of the FFA chapter and awarded the National trip to Kansas City. He was an avid farmer, member of the National Horseman's Association but had also been a Pressman at Waverly Press for thirty-seven years. He had also served in the MD Army National Guard.

     Mr. Cahall is survived by his daughter, Lynne Banning (John Fuchs) of Seaford, DE; two grandchildren, Jena Banning (Jesse Hunteman) of Cambridge, MD and Jared Banning of Federalsburg, MD as well as a great granddaughter, Nellie Hunteman; two step-daughters, Roxanne Walls (David) of Ridgely, MD and Dawn D. West (Steve Hardesty) of Easton; two brothers: Thomas Cahall of Albuquerque, NM and John Cahall (Dianne) of Easton. He was predeceased by a brother, Stewart Cahall, and also by a loving second set of parents, Thomas and Louise Callahan Hunter.
