Roseann “Missy” Kelly of Ridgely, MD, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Caroline Nursing Home in Denton, MD. She was 73 years old.
Born in Blossburg, PA, Mrs. Kelly was the daughter of Frank Simon Baker and Betty Jane Dowling Baker. Her husband, Mack Kelly died November 16, 2004. Mrs. Kelly graduated from High School in Blossburg where she belonged to the St. Andrew’s Catholic Church. She moved to Denton in the 1970’s and worked with her husband operating Kelly’s Service Center in Denton where she had also worked at McCord’s Dry Cleaning and Edge Hill Pharmacy. She also belonged to the Heartland Quilt Guild in Denton.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by a son, Matthew Parker (Rosalind) of Queen Anne, MD; a daughter, Christina Parker of Willis, MI; three grandsons: Sean Parker of Denton, Tyrin Parker of Queen Anne, and Brennan Parker of Queen Anne; two sisters, Barbara Griswold of Morris, PA and Wendy Rossetti (John) of Gaines, PA; and a brother, Frank “Bo” Baker (Toni) of Mainsburg, PA; and many loved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers: Ronald Dowling, Joseph Baker, and Thomas Baker.
Funeral services will be 12 Noon on Monday, March 21st, at the Moore Funeral Home, P.A. located at 12 South Second Street in Denton where friends may visit from 11 to Noon before the service. The interment will be in the Denton Cemetery.
