Sean David Maddox of Denton, Maryland passed away at Compass Hospice in Centreville, MD, on Thursday, May 8, 2025. He was 59 years old.
Mr. Maddox was born in Easton, MD, on September 29, 1965, to Olwyn Frances Maddox and the late James David Maddox. He was a chef for many years before health complications retired him at an early age.
In addition to his mother, Sean is survived by a brother, James C. Maddox; a niece, Courtney Maddox; and cousin, John Hollyday.
Friends may visit with the family from 10 to 11 AM on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Moore Funeral Home, P.A. 12 S. 2nd St., Denton, MD. The memorial service will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be in the Green Mount Cemetery, 11500 Cemetery Rd., Hillsboro, MD.
